Payment
48 hours before your reservation, we will contact you for full payment.
A security deposit of $ 300 is required upon prepayment.
If the cottage is not damaged, the deposit will be returned within 7 days of booking.
Cancellation and Prepayment
You must pay in advance 30% of the total amount within 14 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the 30% is not refundable.
If canceled 24 hours after booking, no fee will be charged.
You can cancel the reservation for free until 14 days before arrival.
In the event of your non-presence at the establishment, you will be charged the full amount.
